Caretakers who are providing warmth and safety for those who are stays at home today, I wish you the best : heaps of laughter, hugging, and as few head shakings, mutterings under your breath, and hurtful verbal interchages as humanly possible.

To those who have dressed warmly, braved these icy roads, and are personning various work posts throughout the region... thank you, thank you, thank you.
